LINKoln / Legal
Privacy policy
LINKoln is a GoToClient product. This page explains how the app uses your information. For the company’s legal identity and general privacy framework, see GoToClient’s privacy policy ↗.
What you provide
Your account information and the material you choose to add: profile, CV, documents, notes, links, stories, achievements, failures, reviews, Google search strings and generated drafts.
How it is used
To authenticate you, keep your private workspace, organize your information and generate content from the material you supply. When you request a post, selected Vault content and stories are sent to the AI service for that request. LINKoln does not currently scrape your Google footprints or publish to LinkedIn.
Access and storage
Vault records and uploaded files are kept in private organization-scoped storage. Authorized members can access their client workspace according to their permissions. The GoToClient team can view and manage every client workspace. Pausing access removes client permissions. Personal account photos remain account-scoped. Essential local storage holds your language choice and sign-in session.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your content in the workspace where controls are available. For privacy questions or requests about your personal data, contact GoToClient using its contact page ↗.
This app-specific summary does not replace GoToClient’s full privacy policy.
